Haven't downloaded the app yet? We recommend downloading it before you arrive as service in the Highlands can be intermittent.

Make sure you have our app downloaded and that you have Bluetooth enabled. Open the app, tap "Search Property" and select Kingshouse from the list of properties.
Tap "Check-In" from the bottom navigation. Enter your surname and booking reference number which can be found in your booking confirmation email. Tap "Complete Check In." This can only be completed after check-in time.
This process can sometimes be slow depending on the speed of your connection.
Tap "Get Key" in the bottom navigation. You will be prompted to enter your surname and booking reference number. Tap "Enable" to allow the app to open doors. Tap "Allow" to allow the app to use your device's Bluetooth connection.
Tap "Open Door" and select the door you'd like to open. Hold your phone close to the door. The door will then unlock.
To unlock another door, tap "Open Door" from the bottom navigation and select which door you'd like to open.
